During this meeting, we will house plans, preliminary budgeting, time-frame, and physically inspect the land reviewing boundary lines, utilities, and any other information necessary to help generate an accurate estimate for costs.  

We partner with local lenders to find you the perfect loan that fits your financial needs. Our local lenders offer incentives and loans with some of the best terms and conditions. In addition to traditional construction loan financing, these lenders can offer streamlined financing solutions that convert to traditional mortgages at the end of the build period. From Construction loans to loans with just one up-front settlement, we will help you get it done. 

Our Draftsman can help you select from a portfolio of plans and our design consultants will help select options in designing your home. If you have your own plans, we would be happy to take a look. 

After reviewing your site plan, home plans, and confirming costs, the next step is to sign your builder sales agreement and to make your initial deposit. We take care of all permitting and make sure all Local, County, State, and Federal regulations are being adhered to. 

Planning and organization is our number one priority to ensure that your new home project is a success. We use technology to keep you informed and keep our sub-contractors on schedule. From start to finish our goal is to make sure you feel confident during the entire home building process. Our Builder Trend Client Portal offers our clients an easy and transparent way to set expectations, communicate and track construction progress. Unlike some builders, who only serve as an intermediary between you and certain sub-contractors, we will be involved in every aspect of the construction process. 

This is where we introduce you to your new home. Our trade contractors provide a one year workmanship and material warranty. We also provide a home warranty for workmanship and structural items.
