Builder Meeting

This will be an in-person meeting to discuss the process, timeline, and your goals in more detail. We will also discuss budgeting and any obstacles that might prevent you from moving forward.   

Site Evaluation

We can help determine if the land you own or are considering to purchase will actually meet your needs and fit your new home project budget. 

Financing

We work closely with local lenders to find you the perfect loan that fits your financial needs. Our local lenders offer incentives and loans with some of the best terms and conditions. From Construction loans to loans with just one up-front settlement, we can help you get it done.    

Design & Portfolio

We can help you choose from a portfolio of homes which can be modified to fit your needs and/or we will work closely with your architect and/or bring your own plans and our staff will assist you with the details. We work with a variety of local designers who can offer service pricing to fit your budget.   

Permitting Process

We take care of all permitting and make sure all Local, County, State, and Federal regulations are being adhered to.   

Construction

We use technology to keep you informed and to keep our sub-contractors on schedule. Planning and organization is our number one priority to ensure that your new home project is a success. From start to finish our goal is to make sure you feel confident during the entire home building process.
