Atlantic Homes is expanding and looking for a custom home sales consultant & Realtors
Join Atlantic Homes - Experienced professional preferred with a minimum of at least 2-years’ experience in real estate marketing and sales with a concentration in land and new home sales. Maryland real estate license is a must with a Pennsylvania real estate license or willing to obtain one. We are growing and this is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor in a commission-based position. Candidate can work virtually daily.
As a Custom Home Consultant with Atlantic Homes, you will work with prospective buyers to discover their new home needs and assist in all aspects of the pre-construction phase of the Atlantic Homes Custom Home Process. Your key focus will be securing the homesite, communicating with our design, and estimating team, and educating homeowners on the process of building with Atlantic Homes. You’ll serve as their liaison throughout the contract, design, and construction process.
Additionally, as a Custom Home Consultant at Atlantic Homes, you’ll work to secure new leads and develop existing relationships through a structured follow-up plan with prospective buyers, referrals, brokers, and other prospects. You will also benefit from any re-sale activity generated.
This position is geared towards someone looking to grow with a home builder and develop greater responsibilities as the need arises. Independent contractor status to start. Work directly with the Owner.
Qualified candidates will possess the following experience and characteristics:
- Active Maryland real estate license
- Tech savvy for this ever-changing marketplace
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with local area – Frederick, Washington, Adams, & Franklin Counties
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
- Impressive follow-up skills and persistence
- High degree of self-discipline
- Virtual-Home office set-up
- Expense reimbursement
